Susan Mitchell is the Managing Partner at Tierney Stauffer LLP, a role she has held since 2018. She began practicing law in 2002 and became a partner at the firm in 2007. Her practice centers on civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance law. Originally from North Bay, she serves clients across Northern and Eastern Ontario and works primarily out of the Ottawa office while also travelling to the firm's Cornwall, Kingston, and North Bay locations. She is active with the County of Carleton Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates' Society, and the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Law Association, and has spoken at continuing legal education programs, including guest lectures at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.
