About Jennifer

Jennifer E. Kelly focuses her practice on transportation, occupiers' liability, product liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage matters. She joined McCague Borlack in 2013 after articling at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Toronto and was called to the bar in 2012. Before entering law, she spent three years in Moscow working as an International Programs Consultant, placing undergraduate students in work and study programs across Russia, where her role as an emergency contact and negotiator sharpened her problem-solving and crisis-management skills. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, completing her third year at the Universite de Nimes in France. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Women and the Law.
