About Mark

Mark Friedman practices civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance law and personal injury. He acts primarily for insurers defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall actions, property claims, and errors and omissions claims. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario and is experienced in alternate dispute resolution. Before practicing law, he worked as a claims representative and claims examiner for a national insurer. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from Carleton University.
