About Stefan

Stefan Arnold-Soulby is a London-based partner in the firm's Finance Group, where he co-heads European Sponsor Finance and Alternative Credit. His work centers on financing complex deals for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, spanning buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, infrastructure deals and restructurings. He has particular depth advising on multijurisdictional buyouts, especially public-to-private transactions, and he also counsels clients on hybrid capital solutions across the capital structure. Clients he has worked with include Warburg Pincus, Investindustrial, Searchlight Capital Partners and Radius Global Infrastructure. He trained at The University of Law and The City Law School and earned an honours degree from Durham University before qualifying to practise in England and Wales.
