About Joseph

Joseph was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honours from the University of Toronto in 2008, then worked as a licensed paralegal in personal injury law for four years before starting law school. He completed his Juris Doctor at Bond University in Australia in 2015, graduating with Second Class Honours, and also earned an MBA there. During law school he competed in the Wilson Moot, representing Bond University to a third-place finish, and served two terms as President of the Canadian Law Students Association. Joseph has assisted clients with accident benefit claims and motor vehicle collision damages, appearing before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2016, British Columbia in 2017, and Alberta in 2017.
