About Simran

Simran joined Biamonte's corporate commercial team in 2022 and maintains a real estate practice focused on private lending, commercial leasing, land purchase agreements, and First Nations economic development and financing. She supports medium and large-scale enterprises, real estate developers, and private lenders, and has advised on commercial leasing, condominium projects, and land purchase agreements. Her career began with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina, followed by experience in banking and finance, articles with a national firm, and time at a boutique business law practice in south Edmonton. She serves on the board of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association's Women's Legal Forum.
