Bankruptcy & InsolvencyBruce's practice focuses on personal injury and corporate commercial litigation, including construction law matters and creditor remedies. He joined Biamonte in 2023 after running his own firm, then known as Mintz Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Alberta and his law degree from the University of Toronto, and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in July 1971. He has practised in civil and criminal areas of law and represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King's Bench, Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada, and has conducted matters before boards including the Energy Resources Conservation Board, the Alberta Municipal Board, and the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal. He has taught Professional Responsibility and Civil Litigation courses for the Alberta Law Society.
