About Amanda

Amanda Haberstock is a 2018 graduate of the University of Victoria Faculty of Law and became a member of the Law Society of Alberta in 2019. She practices exclusively in family law, focusing on complex disputes involving parenting, decision-making, mobility and relocation, child support, spousal support, and property division. She has an active litigation practice and has run trials in both the Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench, along with experience in mediation, arbitration, and binding judicial dispute resolution. She was an associate at a mid-sized family law firm in Edmonton for four years before joining Taylor Wray LLP in 2024.
