Plotsky, joined Kahane Law Office in 2020 and practices commercial and residential real estate, including the purchase, sale, development, financing, and leasing of property in Alberta. He represents private and public companies, business owners, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants. His wills, trusts, and estates practice covers the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, personal directives, trusts, and estate administration. His experience includes work with an Alberta-based builder on development projects, an international real estate developer managing syndicated land parcels, a major oil company on housing benefits and security interests, and restaurant groups on leasing and corporate matters.
