About Liza
Liza Mathew is a senior associate with EY Law LLP and a senior manager in the Tax Law Services group, focusing on transaction tax, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and resource taxation. Before joining EY Law LLP, she practiced corporate tax law at a major Toronto law firm. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and the Alberta Bar in 2010.
