About Borjan

Before joining Biamonte, Borjan gained experience in civil litigation, predominantly debt collection, contractual disputes, and builders' lien matters, along with real estate law, wills and estates law, foreclosures, corporate law, employment law, and aspects of family law at other Edmonton firms. He obtained judgments for clients in both the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. At Biamonte his focus is on solicitor-based services in real estate law, corporate law, and wills and estates, and since joining the firm he has also been assisting Aboriginal clients. He holds a Bachelor of Laws specializing in Canadian law from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, and became a member of the Alberta Bar in 2017.
