Intellectual PropertyShoshanna Paul is a partner at TDS who practises Aboriginal, labour and employment, and intellectual property law, with a focus on negotiation, consultation, and governance for Indigenous and non-Indigenous governments and organizations. A member of the English River First Nation in Treaty 10, northern Saskatchewan, she has acted for First Nation governments in developing land codes and personnel policies, and has worked on specific claims and human rights disputes under the Canada Labour Code. She also advises Canadian museums and arts organizations on issues related to reconciliation. Shoshanna holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (2007) and a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC (2014). She was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2015 and the Manitoba bar in 2023, and was recognized in Lexpert's Rising Stars: Canada's Leading Lawyers 40 and Under in 2025. She is the moot coach for the University of Saskatchewan's Kawaskimhon National Moot team.
