Roger D. Gripp is a senior partner at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP and one of the firm's three managing partners. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 1987 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1988. His business law practice covers corporate and commercial matters, real estate, intellectual property, and municipal law, with extensive experience in acquisitions, financings, franchising, incorporations, and corporate reorganizations. As a registered trademark agent, he practises trademark and copyright law on behalf of authors, publishers, artists, and businesses. He also advises Manitoba municipalities on land transactions, development agreements, bylaw drafting, and governance issues, and is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
