About Steven

Steven deals with complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution, having represented clients before Canada's Federal Court, the Manitoba courts and the federal Trademarks Opposition Board. He is a trained mediator and registered trademark agent whose trademark practice serves brand owners in Manitoba, across Canada and internationally, and he is a member of the International Trademark Association's Panel of Trademark Mediators. Steven is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
