About Adrian
Adrian Frost is a partner at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP with a practice focused on labour, employment, and human rights law. He advises on collective bargaining relationships, employment agreements, and terminations and wrongful dismissals, and represents clients before labour boards, grievance arbitrations, and human rights proceedings, often acting as lead negotiator in collective bargaining. He has also served as a grievance arbitrator and mediator, and since 2024 has been a part-time vice-chair of the Manitoba Labour Board. Frost chairs the firm's Labour and Employment Law Practice Group and sits on its Executive Committee. He earned his LL.B. (1999) and B.A. (1995) from the University of Manitoba and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2000. He has been consistently recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for labour and employment law since 2012 and was named Winnipeg's Lawyer of the Year in that field in 2022.
