About Alex
Alex is a labour and employment partner at TDS in Winnipeg, advising employers and employees on employment contracts, employee manuals, collective agreement administration, discipline, termination, wrongful dismissal, employment standards, and human rights matters. He joined TDS as an articling student in 2015 and became an associate lawyer in 2016. Alex is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. He earned his J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2015 and a B.A. from Canadian Mennonite University in 2010, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2016.
