About Abhinav

Abhinav Dhingra is an associate in TDS's Business Law Group practicing corporate and commercial law, primarily in commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations and restructuring. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2024, graduating with the gold medal in business law, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, with distinction, from the University of Manitoba in 2021. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2025. During law school he was a student-at-law for the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and co-chaired the Manitoba Law Students Association's Professional Development Committee. Abhinav speaks Hindi and Punjabi and serves as a Board Member of Community Financial Counselling Services Inc.
