About Simran
Simran Joura practices corporate commercial law with a focus on intellectual property as well as labour and employment law. Simran was called to the bar in both Alberta and Manitoba in 2024, and advises clients on commercializing, prosecuting, and enforcing intellectual property rights, including managing IP portfolios, licensing arrangements, regulatory compliance, and infringement matters. Simran earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg in 2019.
