About Shannon
Shannon studied at the College of Humanities at Carleton University before completing her J.D. at Queen's University, where she developed a particular interest in advocacy. She summered with a not-for-profit corporation focused on property matters, then articled and practised at a downtown Toronto insurance defence boutique, gaining early experience in motor vehicle accident, property, and subrogation claims. She joined ZTGH in 2018 and made partner in 2023. Her litigation practice now centres on personal injury along with property claims involving fires, floods, subrogation, and construction disputes, and she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and Small Claims Court.
