About Blake

Blake Hambly was called to the Ontario bar in June 2025. He completed dual Canadian and American law degrees at the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy School of Law, after a double major in Honors Geography Earth Sciences and Political Science at McMaster University. He has experience in corporate commercial law, environmental law, and civil litigation, and serves as an associate at Kostyniuk & Greenside specializing in insurance defence litigation and accident benefits claims. Before joining the firm he worked at a mid-sized firm in Vaughan on civil litigation and accident benefit matters, and was a student attorney at the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center.
