About Scott
Scott T. Frew is a partner whose civil litigation practice focuses on representing insurers in personal injury cases. His work covers a wide range of complex litigation, including the emerging areas of defamation and social media claims, along with motor vehicle collisions, product and commercial liability, occupier's liability, property damage, and subrogation. He also provides insurance coverage opinions and has argued cases before the Workers' Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, in addition to arguing motions in the Superior Court of Justice and appearing before the Ontario Court of Appeal. Scott earned his LLB from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 2006. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and The Advocates Society.
