About Jennifer

Jennifer Griffiths is a partner who focuses primarily on first-party accident benefits, with particular emphasis on catastrophic claims. She also assists insurers with priority disputes, loss transfer claims, and cases at the intersection of the auto insurance scheme and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. Jennifer has represented clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She co-chairs the firm's practice groups covering WSIB, catastrophic loss, the sharing economy, and privacy and cybersecurity, and also works as a private arbitrator on priority and loss transfer disputes. She earned her BA from the University of Toronto in 1992 and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995, was called to the bar in 1997, and joined the firm in 1999.
