About Evan

Evan A. Argentino earned a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Financial Economics from the University of Toronto in 2015, then obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018 and was called to the Bar in 2019, having spent his entire career at ZTGH including two summer terms and articling. His practice covers automobile insurance defence litigation spanning tort, accident benefits, priority, property, and subrogation, as well as real estate disputes, product liability claims, coverage opinion work, solicitor negligence matters, and fraud-related files. He has conducted trials in the Superior Court of Justice and represented clients in arbitration hearings at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as well as before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and has argued contested motions before both the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario's Court of Appeal. Outside his litigation work, Evan plays golf and drums and describes himself as an outdoorsman and handyman.
