About Robert
Robert Mroz is a Partner in the firm's Halifax office, practicing in both English and French. His work centers on commercial litigation and insurance defence, representing businesses and individuals in commercial and shareholder disputes as well as insurers facing professional negligence and bodily injury claims. He also advises on coverage matters and subrogated claims, and represents municipal and quasi-government clients in disputes involving public works, environmental claims, and land title issues such as adverse possession. Rob earned a B.A. from McGill University in 2012 and a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2015, where he argued in French at the national Laskin moot court competition. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2016. He co-teaches Civil Trial Practice at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and serves as Vice-President of the Legal Information Society of Nova Scotia.
