About Lara

Lara Greenough is a partner in Stewart McKelvey's Fredericton office, practising administrative, commercial, civil and employment litigation. Greenough has experience on large and complex files involving public and private sector clients, and has appeared before arbitrators and all levels of trial and appellate courts in New Brunswick. Recent work includes policing law and professional regulation matters, elections law involving legislative interpretation and court challenges, and judicial reviews and statutory appeals of decisions from boards, commissions and tribunals across New Brunswick. Greenough also advises and defends employers on disability accommodation, human rights complaints, workplace policies and wrongful dismissal litigation. Greenough earned a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2012 and a B.A. from Saint Francis Xavier University in 2008, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2013.
