About Adrienne

Adrienne is a Partner in McInnes Cooper's St. John's office practicing general corporate and business law, tax, and energy and natural resources law. She advises entrepreneurs, business owners and private corporations on business structures, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, income tax and corporate governance, and has negotiated contracts and shareholder agreements. Adrienne has advised on oil and gas, power generation and mining projects, including offshore regulations and royalties, and has developed significant experience in Aboriginal law, particularly negotiating benefits agreements and Indigenous business and partnership structures. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course.
