She has also built a growing practice in estate planning and estate court applications, including probate and administration matters, and maintains an active practice in banking litigation representing financial institutions. As president of the Indigenous Law Students' Association during law school she deepened her focus on Aboriginal law and Indigenous peoples issues, which remains part of her practice today. Abigail earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2023 and a B.A. from St. Francis Xavier University in 2020, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2024.
