About Raul

Raul Rodriguez maintains a broad litigation practice covering general litigation, construction litigation and insurance defence. During his articles he appeared before the courts and drafted opinions, demand letters and court submissions, and he is looking to grow his construction litigation work. Before turning to law, he worked as a legislative policy researcher and was involved in several provincial political campaigns in the Atlantic region, and he ran his own consulting business for a number of years. That background gives him a broad perspective on different industries when representing clients in litigation matters. Raul is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and serves as a board director of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. He holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Mary's University, and was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023.
