About Erin

Erin McSorley is an associate in the Halifax office with a background in public health, which she brings to a litigation practice focused on commercial litigation, medical malpractice and insurance matters. Her work includes defending medical malpractice and third-party liability claims, commercial contract disputes, and construction and builders' lien matters. She earned her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2019, a Master of Public Health from Queen's University in 2014, and a BA (Honours) from Mount Allison University in 2012. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2020 and received the University Medal in Law in 2019.
