About Jacob

Jacob Zelman is a litigator in the firm's Labour & Employment group, advising employers, insurers, professionals and educational institutions on a range of workplace and regulatory matters. His practice spans labour and employment law as well as health care law, covering workplace accommodation requests, performance management and discipline, grievances, and termination, severance and wrongful and constructive dismissal claims. He also represents clients in civil litigation, human rights proceedings and professional disciplinary matters.
