About Raghav
Raghav is an associate lawyer at ATAC LAW whose practice covers civil and commercial litigation, construction disputes, commercial arbitration, regulatory proceedings and criminal defence. He has acted as lead and co-counsel in complex trials, appeals, judicial reviews and domestic and international arbitrations, including disputes involving major infrastructure projects, insolvency and corporate restructuring, and securities regulation. His background also includes a stint as special prosecutor for a federal securities regulator, a role that put him in front of the court for over 50 trials. Raghav also represents individuals facing criminal charges, appearing on bail hearings and other criminal proceedings, and he volunteers with Access Pro Bono. He holds a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Amity University, earned in 2015, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Ontario (non-practising) and the Bar Council of Delhi. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
