ATAC LAW is a construction and litigation law firm based in Burnaby, British Columbia, with additional offices in Vancouver, Surrey and Richmond. Litigators Dan H. Griffith and Mike C. Stewart founded the firm in 2016, and it's grown into a team of more than a dozen lawyers organized around construction, engineering and procurement, litigation and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, and private client services. Stewart practised as a professional engineer before earning a law degree, and that background isn't unique at the firm: several lawyers hold P.Eng. designations or studied engineering, and ATAC LAW says it applies that technical grounding to construction defect claims, delay disputes and other matters where engineering evidence drives the outcome.

A number of ATAC LAW's lawyers are also qualified arbitrators and mediators through the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia, giving clients options beyond a courtroom trial. The team's languages track the diversity of the communities it serves: lawyers there speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Hindi and Portuguese in addition to English, and the firm publishes its website in English, Chinese and Korean. Beyond construction and litigation, the firm's lawyers also advise on family law, estate litigation, Indigenous economic development, expropriation and white collar defence, with backgrounds ranging from engineering product design to political science and legal training in Brazil.
