About Dan
Dan is a partner at ATAC LAW whose practice centres on civil litigation, criminal law, arbitration and mediation. He has represented clients before RoadSafetyBC, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Residential Tenancy Branch, and has conducted criminal and civil trials in the Provincial Court of British Columbia along with appeals at the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Before co-founding ATAC Law Corporation with Mike Stewart, he ran his own practice, D.H. Griffith Law, and worked at a civil litigation firm in Kelowna and at a criminal-defence focused firm in Vancouver. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia.
