About James
James is a Senior Associate Lawyer at ATAC LAW whose practice covers real estate litigation, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, debt collection and commercial litigation, along with family law matters. He has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of British Columbia and has represented clients in a number of reported decisions involving pre-sale contract disputes and property claims.
