About Gurpal
Gurpal is an associate lawyer at ATAC LAW focused on commercial and construction litigation, representing clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations. His practice covers construction disputes, contract disputes, insurance claims, product liability and contract negotiations, and he has appeared before the courts of British Columbia and Ontario as well as in private arbitrations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University, earned in 2017. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, and a past director of the South Asian Bar Association of British Columbia.
