About Danielle
Danielle Glatt has a broad civil litigation practice covering shareholder and securities disputes, insolvency and restructuring, oppression claims, class actions and injunctions, along with civil fraud and defamation matters. She has prosecuted and defended claims at trial and on appeal, appearing before every level of court as well as arbitrations and administrative tribunals, with particular experience on the commercial list. She speaks often on civil procedure and on anti-SLAPP legislation, and has served as an instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School. She also does pro bono work with Downtown Legal Services, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, and Pro Bono Ontario. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 after earning her J.D. and B.Sc. from the University of Toronto.
