About Neil
Neil's practice covers insurance law, including automobile, construction, coverage, directors and officers, environmental, and professional liability matters, along with commercial and general litigation. He joined Cox Taylor in January 2019, obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1993, and has practised throughout BC and Alberta from Victoria since 1994. His work includes defending professional negligence and building envelope claims and litigating coverage and subrogation disputes, and he holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation.
