About Lian

Lian Kubisz is an associate at Crease Harman LLP practising general civil litigation, family law, and administrative law, with particular emphasis on family matters. Born and raised in Toronto, she relocated to Victoria in 2020, was President of the University of Victoria Intellectual Property Law Club, and completed a summer articling term at The Law Centre providing trauma-informed legal support to economically disadvantaged clients. She joined Crease Harman as an articled student and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.
