About Anwar

Anwar Mujtabah is an associate at Crease Harman LLP who joined the firm in February 2019. His practice covers family law matters including divorce, division of family assets, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and child protection, along with civil litigation, wills and estates, residential tenancy, business law, and personal injury claims. A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces and recipient of the Leslie C. Green Veteran Scholarship (2015), he has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court on interim matters and trials and serves as a director with the Victoria Bar Association.
