About Carly
Carly is an associate at Cox Taylor with a barrister and solicitor practice covering complex commercial, transactional, and administrative disputes, particularly land use, municipal, and environmental law, along with corporate transactions and land development advice. She has experience before the BC Supreme and Provincial Courts, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and various administrative tribunals including the Agricultural Land Commission and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Carly was called to the bar of Ontario in 2016 and the bar of British Columbia in 2023, holding a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from McGill University (2012) and a law degree from the University of Ottawa (2015). Before joining Cox Taylor, she worked as a regulatory associate in Ottawa and as a senior legal advisor to the UK government in London.
