Business & Corporate LawKyle Hamilton practices litigation and dispute resolution in employment, real estate, and business matters, representing employees through terminations and workplace conflicts while also advising employers. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in 2001 and an LLB from the University of Victoria in 2010, and was admitted to practice in 2011. He belongs to the Law Society of BC, the Canadian Bar Association, the Victoria Bar Association, and the CBABC's Civil Litigation Vancouver Island Section. Before law, he spent seven years on Canada's national rowing team based at Elk Lake, winning three world championships and captaining the crew that won Canada's first gold medal in the event in sixteen years at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Born and raised in Richmond, BC, he currently sits on the board of the Kerry Park Minor Hockey Association and previously served on the board of the 94 Forward Commonwealth Games legacy fund.
