Real Estate LawTed's practice areas include commercial leasing arbitration, expropriation matters, employment law, shareholder disputes, and general civil litigation. His government-facing work has included advising the Province on resource management and the acquisition of parkland, and providing counsel to BC Transit, the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority, and the Canada Line on property purchases, expropriation proceedings, and associated legal and arbitration processes. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria and obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1975, joining the British Columbia bar the following year. Ted formerly held the presidency of the British Columbia Expropriation Association.
