About Caroline

Caroline's practice covers insurance defence, including construction, professional indemnity, and property and casualty claims, along with general civil litigation in insurance, construction, land, and corporate law matters. She joined Cox Taylor in January 2019 after working at another litigation firm since 2010, and became a member of the British Columbia Bar in 2012. She has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia and successfully defended a leave-to-appeal application to the Supreme Court of Canada. Born and raised in Victoria, she competes in equestrian competitions outside of work.
