About Alexandre
Alex maintains a broad practice covering shareholder and contractual disputes, commercial disputes, franchise litigation, quasi-criminal proceedings, professional negligence, insurance defence, human rights, employment and labour, and foreclosures, with a focus on estate litigation for executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries. He has appeared before the B.C. Supreme and Provincial Courts, the Federal Court of Canada, and courts in Alberta, New Brunswick, and Ontario. Alex obtained his Bachelor of Arts (2008) and Juris Doctor (2011) from the University of Western Ontario, was called to the bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2012, and subsequently by the Law Society of British Columbia in 2020.
