About Sadaf
Sadaf Pourmand is an associate practising civil litigation with a focus on insurance coverage, personal injury, human rights law, strata matters, construction disputes, medical malpractice, and occupiers' liability. Before joining Carfra Lawton, she practised as a general practitioner across civil litigation, employment law, administrative law, estate planning, real estate, and corporate and commercial law. Pourmand earned a B.A. in Political Science and Women's Studies from the University of Victoria (2014) and an LLB from the University of Leicester (2018), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2021. She sits on the board of the Victoria Cool Aid Society and is active with the Canadian Bar Association's young lawyers section.
