About Catriona

Catriona Gerow practices civil litigation, workplace investigations, and residential real estate transactions, with litigation experience spanning estate litigation, property law, contract law, and employment law. She has represented clients in the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court (Small Claims), and before administrative tribunals, as well as in mediations and arbitrations, and has conducted workplace investigations for post-secondary institutions, health authorities, and municipalities. She earned her law degree from UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2020 and a bachelor's degree in political science and French, with distinction, from the University of Victoria. She was called to the BC bar in 2021, and after articling at a full-service firm in downtown Vancouver, she relocated to Victoria to build her practice.
