About Christopher
Chris built his practice in securities and corporate/commercial law, and has served as President of Irwin Professional Corporation since 2006. He advises numerous public companies on continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance, reverse takeovers, IPOs and takeover bids, and counsels boards of directors and independent committees. He currently sits as a director or officer of several public companies, including Drone Delivery Canada Corp., Laramide Resources Ltd. and Carube Copper Corp., and previously served on independent committees for Trelawney Mining and Exploration and Seafield Resources. He was formerly a director of Trelawney Mining, which IAMGOLD later acquired for $608 million. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1996 after earlier practicing at other Toronto firms.
