About Braedon
Braedon Boyd practices corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and completed his articles in 2021/2022 after a secondment in the legal department of a major Canadian bank. Prior to law school, he worked at a mid-market M&A and venture debt firm.
