About Perry
Perry Cheung is a senior associate at SR Law, which he joined in 2021, and his practice splits between real estate and corporate/commercial matters. On the real estate side he handles purchases and sales of residential, commercial, and development properties, refinancing, assignments, co-ownership and joint venture arrangements, and secured lending for lenders, along with general advice to builders and developers. His corporate work covers new incorporations, capital-raising structures, tax planning, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. Perry earned his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 2008 after only two years of undergraduate study, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2009 and the Ontario bar in 2010. He's a former Ontario Muay Thai kickboxing champion who now competes in triathlons.
