Jennifer Stam is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial insolvency, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and financial services. She advises on in- and out-of-court restructurings, acquisitions, commercial financing transactions and enforcement matters, representing debtors, secured and unsecured lenders, purchasers and court officers in complex national and international matters.
